While a mere fifteen percent of these felt they would rather ask the store employees about the product.

69% of the interviewed were also aware of using a lot of the applications as available on their handsets. 48% of the ones who were currently using simple mobile phones were looking at buying a smart phone in the coming twelve months. Many countries of Europe and UK are already seeing a large number of people doing their shopping from online rather than going to the stores actually.
